On the face of it, its easy to think of this as just drawing two cards, but what it actually lets you do is keep all three of the cards you drew if you want to and put a couple of land cards back on top of your deck - or cards you cant afford to cast yet but can next turn

The extra clause on Full Steam Ahead likely means that the damage output is similar to the original, hence I expect this to be a strong card
