Its a really cool sea creatures deck, but its a lot slower to get going than some of the other options available in blue or Simic decks
These colors also have excellent cheap tricks in Tifas Limit Break, Youre Not Alone, Blitzball Shot and Galufs Final Act, which work best when youre trying to dump your hand faster than the other player and end games early

The general consensus seems to be that the set is jammed packed full of Commander cards, leading some to dub the set "Commander Horizons", but I think it's hard to fully grasp the impact of these cards without seeing any tournament results with these in the environment
