The Shift ability on their card lets them be played for an alternate cost, on top of one of your other characters

Cards like that historically peak a few weeks before a rotation and soften afterward, and the Amber Steel builds that leaned on Reign of Jafar are the obvious pressure point

As a standalone set, we're probably being a bit kind to it, placing it this high given its lack of impact on the current meta, but if we look forward to the next two or three sets, we see a lot of potential for some great storytelling, amazing new cards, and stunning artwork
