Being able to not only create more problems for your opponents to deal with, but then also either rob them of their cards or draw more yourself is an amazing suite of abilities

Whats nice is that this should be very good in just one deck while no other deck will be particularly interested, so you should be able to pick it up whenever you need
As token makers go, things like Decree of Justice and White Sun's Zenith (two other cards many of you mentioned) will ring as stronger, but none will draw as many laughs as Flock of Rabid Sheep
