02Data we process
We only process the data needed for each purpose:

04WhatsApp support
The website form does not store data on our servers. It composes a message that opens in WhatsApp and is only sent if you confirm it. From then on, the conversation is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it only with:
- Technology providers that support us, such as cloud hosting, email and messaging, under confidentiality obligations
- Accountants and public bodies, when required by law
- Judicial or administrative authorities, upon a legal request
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases we apply the safeguards set out in article 33 of the LGPD.
06When we act as a processor
In the services we provide to companies, such as managed Wi-Fi, Levva, pontoGuard and DifalSyncML, we process data on behalf of the client, who is the controller. In those cases we follow the client's instructions and contract, and data subject requests are forwarded to the client.
07How long we keep data
- Sales contacts without a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact
- Client data: for the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods, such as tax and accounting
- Résumés: up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
08Your rights as a data subject
Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- Confirmation that we process your data and access to it
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data
- Portability to another provider
- Deletion of data processed based on consent and information about the option not to consent
- Information about whom we share your data with
- Withdrawal of consent
To exercise these rights, write to our Data Protection Officer. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
09Data security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Details are in our Information Security Policy.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
